Parking is available in the uncovered area in Carola A building.
Covered parking is for residents only.

All guests are required to pay the entrance guest fee (per person) directly to Pico De Loro reception upon arrival.
Please note that the guest fees are a one time payment good for the duration of your stay for a maximum of 7 days only.
They accept major credit cards for payment of the guest fees.
*Guests' fees vary depending on the season and are set by Pico De Loro management. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Between Php 1,200-1,600 / for 13yo and above
Between Php 400-600 / for 3yo to 12yo

Access to the beach is free, but the following below activities are with usage fees:
-Cabana
-Kayaking
-Volleyball
-Jetski
-Banana boats
-Other water activities and cove trips

Country Club
-Gym and swimming pools free
-Bowling, billiards, basketball, badminton, tennis, squash courts, karaoke and children’s play area with usage fee
-Rental of bicycles (seasonal)
-Rental horse back riding (seasonal)

Beach Club is restricted to members only.

Sunday morning church service (check with reception).

Shuttle service to go around the vicinity is free.

Pico Sands Hotel: Can dine in the hotel’s restaurant and may book the Rain Spa for massages.

Other details to note.
Entrance fee for Pico de Loro is not included in the booking fee, it is to be paid upon entrance.

Pre-registration at least 48 hours before arrival is required.

2. Complete list of guest and birthdates

4. Covid requirements vary from time to time

Access band for amenities is chargeable if lost.

All transactions in Pico are payable only via debit/credit cards.

My caretaker will meet you at the building’s reception area to usher you to the room and leave you the key.
Please do not lose the key. If you lose the key, the replacement fee is at least Php 5,000.
