4) CHECK-IN TIME: 2PM and CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM
Early Check-in or Late check-out is subjected to availability.

5) Family travelling with children; Stroller/ Baby Cot/ Baby Carrier is available for rent if needed

HOUSE RULES TO TAKE NOTE:
1) No shoes inside the home; shoe rack is provided
2) The maximum property capacity is 6 adults; children FOC. Extra mattress is available at RM40.00.
3) Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
4) Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
5)Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to (URL HIDDEN).
6) Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
7) Kindly keep the unit clean and tidy.
8) Please refrain from heavy cooking unless you are staying 7 nights and above.
9) NO SMOKING in the unit
