This place was set up as one of the cheapest option for long stays. It may be simple, but I will do my best to make sure you have a comfortable stay

Shared facilities (with other residents) include a playground and basketball court. Huge compound to have a morning or evening jog.

This is a residential neighbourhood near the airport, but cheaply accessible to town, so please don't give me a low rating for "Location" just because it is not in the centre of town ya!

Car or Motorbike rental can be arranged, handled by a 3rd party.

Ride hailing app, called Grab, is the cheapest and most convenient way to get around Kuching.

I would like to set the expectation of treating the property as you would at your friend's home - turn off electrical appliances when not in use and keep the place tidy. Consumables such as toiletries and cleaning detergents are there for your initial convenience and will not be replenished during your stay
