Jazz Suites Block 3 , Level 14, facing the garden with a bit of view towards Simpang Tiga. Total apartment size is 1000 sq ft (92 sqm) less one storage room, which is locked. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for a stay limit of 5 persons.

What sets us apart are the premium fittings which, we would use ourselves:

* 12-inch thick DreamMaker mattress with 2-inch memory foam for a great night's rest (see picture)
* All pillows and bolsters are natural latex
* Heated rainfall shower like those in a hotel
* Hot water piping to kitchen sink - you can wash dishes in hot water

* Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. We'll provide some pods, but more can be purchased at Harvey Norman and Parkson in the mall below.

Starting 1/1/2023 condo facilities (e.g. pool and gym) are not available for homestay guests - Building management rule. (Covers all units at Vivacity, not just ours)

TWO (2) sets of door key and access card issued.

ONE (1) shaded allocated carpark space, issued upon request. If you have more than 1 vehicle, your extra vehicle will need to be parked at the mall parking (over rm40 per night), or at the public parking at the commercial centre across the road at your own risk. Security guards will not allow cars driven by your visitors into the residence carpark, so please do NOT plan any gatherings at the property to avoid any inconveniences.

Vivacity Mall is the biggest and best mall in Kuching. You'll find anything you need and easy access to everywhere in Kuching. Please do a map and online search of the location before and after (URL HIDDEN)

Car rental can be arranged, handled by a 3rd party.

Ride hailing app, called Grab, is the cheapest and most convenient way to get around Kuching. Make sure you pick up a local sim card available at the airport (less than 10 ringgit) to be able to register for an account.

Why stay with us?

1) We don't cut corners on cleanliness and hygiene. Every towel, bedsheet, pillow case, blanket is washed before your stay (even if the previous guest stayed only 1 night).

2) Fogging sanitization done before every guest stay

3) Early check-in (10 am onwards) and late check-out (before 5pm)

4) We don't cram many beds into our unit just to get more bookings. We prioritize safety over profits by not doing same day check-ins (that's why you can check-in at 10am because we vacant 1 night before your stay).

* I would like to set the expectation of treating the property as you would at your friend's home - turn off air con when not in use and keep the place tidy. Consumables such as toiletries and cleaning detergents are there for your initial convenience and will not be replenished during your stay
