We are delighted to welcome you to stay in this spacious self contained space. The property is equipped with a utilitarian kitchen and comfortable living space. The space is very well illuminated and boasts gorgeous views out to the garden.

The property is located on a quiet suburban estate. there are two communal green areas.

The property has ample parking, however if you wish to leave the car at the property there is a regular bus to Limerick city centre (route 301) which is a 8 minute walk from the annex.

The entrance to the annex is accessed through the gate to the right of the main property.
There is a key box in which you can collect the key for the gate and the property.
The entrance to the annex is located to the back of the property through the bi fold doors.
