This 1-BR small house is located at Bacsil, Bacnotan, La Union which is a 3-minute drive to national highway and 10-15-minute drive to Urbiztondo Beach, San Juan, La Union (Surfing Area). NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A BEACH FRONT PROPERTY AND NOT CLOSE TO SURFING AREA. However, if you have your own vehicle, the surfing area is drivable from the property. WIFI is also available. No heater yet.

Things to note before booking the property:

What if you don't have a vehicle? - Tricycles are available in Bacnotan. Walking can be an option but it will take you 10 minutes to reach the national highway for easier access of transportation.

What if you will be coming via bus? - You may just drop over Jollibee-Bacnotan and ride a tricycle. Fare would be 20-50.00 on regular hours.

What if you arrive late? - Late check-ins are okay since this property has a self check-in facility. The key is in the KEY VAULT. We will give you the keys upon booking confirmation.

PARKING- You have two parking options. We have a carport for small vehicles and the property has an open parking for larger vehicles.

WATER SOURCE: Water is from Deep Well. It is powered by a water pump.

ELECTRICITY: Electrical connection is with LUELCO. If there is a blackout in the area during your stay, we can't do something about it.

COOKING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: We have only the basics. No Microwave. We have a small ref. We have an electric stove and electric kettle. Plates and others are also available.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: For regular bookings, the unit can accommodate only 3 guests. We have one double-deck bamboo bed (Lower Deck- queen size, Upper Deck-Double Size). We allow 2 extra guests. We will put extra beds for them.

AIR CONDITIONING: The bedroom has an aircon. It is being maintained once every 6 months. The living/dining/kitchen area has no aircon.

TOILET AND BATHROOM: The toilet and bathroom is small. No Heater.

SECURITY: There is no security guard in the area. No incidents of thefts or other crimes have happened relating to the property. Always lock the door.

KEYS: Keys are in the key vault. If you will go out, we SUGGEST that you put the keys back in the KEY VAULT to avoid inconveniences in case you'll be locked out and to avoid losing the keys. There are instances that our guests got locked out and lost the keys. We can give spare keys but it will take time. Lost keys will be charged Php 3,000.00 representing purchase of door knobs, labor of the worker and lost income for a day.

VIEW: The property is basically near a farm but facing the barangay road because this is along barangay road.

CLEANLINESS: Cleanliness is our top priority. However, the unit is along Barangay road, so there might be little dust. It is near a farm so there MIGHT be an occurence of farm insects.
