Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. ▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) ▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit ▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account ▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you ➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
