We are located in the knights inn hotel, common areas of the building are shared and under the buildings management responsibility. Any questions related to the apartment, please let us know. We are happy to help you! ▶️POOL hours: 9 AM- 7 PM - anyone who exceeds that will removed from the property ▶️Parties are prohibited ▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit ▶️$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. ▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. ▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. ▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) ▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee. ▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you ➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account or your deposit fee. POOL IS OPEN!! You can enter, use only the chairs that were placed there. Please do not touch those that are piled with yellow tape. Large groups of more than 6 people cannot gather. If you do not comply with the rules you will be escorted off the property and your stay will not be refunded. ***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THIS SUMMER SEASON: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working.
