The Octagon, when completed in 2016, will be a 23-storey luxury condominium which would make it the tallest building in the centre of the city. Our place is wide and suitable for family travel to ipoh . We have 2 bedroom | 1 King Bed | 1 Queen Bed | 1 Bunk Bed and 2 bath

We provide a comfortable and clean environment for your stay in Ipoh. Our Spacious 2 bedroom units are fully furnished. All rooms including the living room are air-conditioned. We provide high-quality mattresses (Not Sofabed) to make sure you are getting a good night's sleep. Excellent for a family or a group of five to seven.

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed + Bunk Beds ( For two-person)

Bathroom 1: Bathtub + Shower
Bathroom 2: Shower

Water heater, shampoo, shower gel, towel, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Our guests are allowed to use the facilities provided by the condominium. Access card is only allowed to access to:
- Level 1: Lobby (It is actually ground floor)
- Level 6: Private indoor parking (1 parking is free for each unit)
- Level 8: Swimming Pool, Gym Room and Jogging Track
- and access to your unit only

Swimming Pool
- It is under maintenance every Wednesday
- Please wear proper swimsuit attire
- No glass, food or drink in pool area (No pool party)
- No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay
- Be considerate - no yelling or other loud noises
- Management/Security guard reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time
**Please note that we have no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk and children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision**
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries
- Pool hour: 8am - 9pm

Gym Room
- Please wear proper sport shoes
- Children below 12 years are not allowed in the gym room
- Management/Security guard reserves the right to deny use of gym room to anyone at any time
- Operation hour: 8am - 9pm

Parking
- One (1) private indoor parking is provided for this unit. Kindly please park at the designated parking lot. Vehicle will be clamped for unauthorise parking lot.
- Extra parking upon request. We will try our best to meet your request and is subject to availability of parking lot.
- There are also public parking at Level 3A and level 5, with parking charges.
