Location/Location/Location: it is located in the prime area of Bangkok main tourist Town (towards end of Sukhumvit Soi 15, walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, where is the busiest entertainment area with nice restaurants/bars/Disco and very near to the Bumrungrad Hospital). With its location, it is easy to travel from to all tourist destinations/shopping malls (try to use boat to travel to Siam Paragon/Pratunam Center and even to Grand Palace). This area is very very quite as it is only 700 meters from main road (staying near main road is too loud due to the noise of motorcycle and Bts Sky train), so our location is very quite, suitable for people who look for quite location with free shuttle to go to main road or even easy walk to Mrt/Airport Rail Link (Arl) and San Sap Canal boat station. 2. One of very large 2 bedroom apartment 117 sqm (240 sqft) available in town, which can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 Extra bed. There are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite (bathrooms are attached to bedrooms with shower rooms only plus 1 guest toilet room. 3. There are Rooftop Swimming pool, Gym and hot sauna on 8th floor. Gym of the building is very simple and not practical for professional or heavy weight trainer. We do have Meeting room to support your group meeting too and it is located in the big Gym Room. 4. Located near Sirikit Park, which you can go to joking/walking/biking. It is one of the biggest Public Park in town for you to enjoy your exercise. Get free shuttle to drop you to main road and walk about 10 mins. 5. We have provided Fiber Optic internet systems to allow you to work from home. We do provide Lan wire (10 meters long) so you can connect to your computer to work online smoothly and fast response. 6. We do provide Free Shuttle to drop you guy or pick you guy up between the building and main road (working hours is limited between 8am to 6pm), try to please driver with small tip so he gives you his mobile number to pick you guy up. In Thailand, Thb20 tip is good to make people happy. 7. We do provide Free Parking on the ground floor. 8. We are near to Sukhumvit 11, which is the well known entertainment center with varieties of restaurants/bars and convenient stores. 9. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from supermarket and prepare your own breakfast. This apartment is on 3rd floor of the 8th floor building located at prime downtown of Bangkok in Sukhumvit Soi 15, next to the most entertainment area of Sukhumvit Soi 11. Very easy to go anywhere in Bangkok, as we are very near to Bts/Mrt/boat Sansamp canal station. The apartment has 2 bedrooms plus 1 bedroom for maid. There are 4 bathrooms: shower room in master bedroom ensuite, 2nd bathroom with shower ensuite in second bedroom and guest dried bathroom in living room with no shower plus maid bathroom with shower ensuite. Full kitchen with all appliances (Big Refri, Stove, Hood, Microwave, kettle, toaster, dish washing sink) and Washer and Dryer in the Kitchen balcony. Free WIFI, Free Gym (simple and old gym), Free Sauna, Free Swimming pool, Free car parking. We do have staff to support us at site at most of the time, except late night so I suggest every travelers check the apartment, air con in all rooms (loudness, coolness) and give us feedback so our engineer can assist you all during the day. You can walk to Mrt or use free shuttle to drop you to main road to use Bts/Mrt. Please do not smoke in the apartment, you can smoke at the balcony with door closed. Do not throw tissue papers in toilet seating as it can create blockage, which you will have to pay for repairing it.
