This spacious and minimalist place is designed to accommodate group of family or friends for a one of a kind stay. Many available spaces that you could maximize curated with natural lighting and continuous airflow. This modern house is strategically located in the heart of the city while maintaining its nature vibe because of the luscious green surroundings. You can still feel the connection with nature upon hearing the chirping of the birds and the cool breeze because its located on high ground

This has a 350sqm usable floor area maximized and interior designed. It has 2-3 covered car garage and 1 outside car parking. Plush beddings as well as 2 lazy- boys in the living area for the highest comfort of the guests.

This is a 4- storey property, but guests will only have access to 1st-3rd floors.

• 1st floor has Entertainment Room with bathroom, patio, pocket garden and 2-3 car garage depending on the car size. The dirty kitchen is also here in the ground floor.

• In the 2nd Floor you will find the living room with powder room, dining area and kitchen. There is also a big terrace with small gym equipments where you can do light exercises.

• Two bedrooms are located in the 3rd floor. There is a 3rd bedroom but it’s inaccessible right now due to renovations.

**Please take note that the use of Roof-deck is also not allowed as of this time because of safety of the guests as well as repairs that need to done in this area.

Very near Calle Bistro - Ever Gotesco where you will find wide array of restos and coffee shops ad well as Royale Place where there are alot or bar and restos as well.

We are free from liabilities from accidents to guests during their stay.
