MML Transient House - Experience comfortable and hassle-free staycation at my home which is equipped with basic amenities at an all-inclusive affordable daily (rolling 24-hour period) rate. My unit is supplied with 3 AC units, water tank, 55-inch flat TV with cable channels and wireless internet (cable internet), shower heater, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, gas range, oven, rice cooker, induction stove, and ceiling fan. My unit is located w/in a gated mid-range community. The house is located in a gated, mid-range community (Senate Village, Bahay Pangarap, Sampaloc IV, Dasmarinas City) and is less than 10 - 20 minutes away from community service centers like major public and private universities (DLSU-D, DLSU Health Sciences campus, Dasmarinas University - ongoing construction), NCST, major banks, hospitals, elementary and highschools, major malls like SM Hypermart, SM City Dasmarinas, Waltermart, Puregold, Vista Mall, Robinson's, and farmers' markets (talipapa). Public transportation such as trike, jeeps, buses. I have other transient houses and will provide photos for additional information.
