With lush green surroundings and clean white sand beaches in proximity, a day at Bell Pepper isn't merely a stay but an experience in the lap of mother nature. Bell Pepper is a 3 BHK villa located in a gated & secured complex comprising a community of homes. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which has ensuite washroom while two other washrooms are located right outside the bedrooms. Each bedroom is fit with a double bed, a cupboard and a split air conditioner. The living room is a well spread space with premium couches, a large smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, utensils, dining ware & cutleries required for a family or a group to prepare a complete meal. There are two spacious balconies, each of them having outdoor furniture and comfortable for people to sit, socialize & enjoy a pleasant vacation day. Our home is a workation friendly place, with access to a high speed internet connection good enough for professionals to work remotely & engage in video meetings. Our home is pet friendly and we would love to host the pets at our home. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the guests to handle the cleanliness & hygiene aspect in their regard, and follow the pet rules mentioned in the House Rules section of the listing. The villa is a private space inside the complex, which entirely belongs to the guests during their stay period. We have a private parking space to park one car, while one more car can be parked in the common space in the complex. The swimming pool is a shared space accessible to all the guests, tenants & residents in the complex. The timings are restricted to between 10 AM and 5 PM. It is important to note that the guests shall abide by the rules of the pool failing which they are liable for strict actions & penalties as decided by the management of the complex. We have a caretaker who shall be available for daily housekeeping carried out once a day. As part of housekeeping, towels are replaced once in two days and sheets are changed after every 3 days. The caretaker is adept at preparing home cooked meals, and he will be glad to do so on payable basis while the raw materials will be provided by the guests. The locality is one of the serene areas of South Goa with a plenty of greenery around and in close proximity to the stretch of white sand beaches. From the pleasant winters, to the breezy summers and the lush green monsoon, there is no time of the year when one wouldn't want to visit South Goa. Bell Pepper is located in a gated community, as part of a residential neighbourhood. While one may want to enjoy a fine time during their vacation, the guests are expected to maintain decorum respecting the privacy & space of residents & tenants around. Bell Pepper is perfectly accessible by well-laid motorable roads.
