The loft Lycklama is a quiet and spacious apartment (1,920 ft2) that was totally refinished in 2008. This is a ground-floor, fully-furnished, three-bedroom apartment that sleeps eight comfortably and is located just a short, 8-min walk from the Palais des Festivals, Croisette and public beaches.

Perfectly located in the center of the city, you don't need a car. walking distance:
3 min to train station.
3 min to the fresh daily fresh market
4 min to the “golden square" : restaurants and bars

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom.

An open-plan living room leads directly to the contemporary-styled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.

Dinner/tableware and linens are also provided.
Each rooms is configurable : twin beds or double beds.

the street is very very quiet, the neighborhood is very quietn peaceful and safe. Day or late in the night you will fell comfortable.

The Loft Lycklama propose 2 car parking inside the apartment. you can easily park car or SUV. Car cannot be taller than 1,85 meter.
From nice airport you have taxi, bus, shuttle, train or limousine, you reach cannes in 30 min by car, and 1h15 by transportation.
