11 Sparnock Grove is a 5 bedroomed house in close proximity to Treliske (Truro) hospital. The 5 rooms are all quiet, comfortable and well-designed, with plenty of storage. Two of the rooms (2 and 3) can be configured as twin rooms, which means that the house can sleep 7 people. The house is a modern, warm, light space, which has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped to make a stay as comfortable as possible. In a quiet, pretty estate with easy on-street parking, it offers a shared, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bathroom facilities and South-West facing sheltered outdoor space. The house is minutes from lots of amenities, but guest can also access the stunning Cornish countryside from the doorstep. This warm, modern house is situated in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Truro. We have redecorated the house to create a calm, peaceful and well-designed space that will provide guests with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. As the house is reasonably new it benefits from being well-proportioned, with working, new windows and well-insulated rooms. The house has 5 guest rooms with plenty of communal space so guests can move about independently without queuing for facilities, or can enjoy each other’s company as desired. All rooms have individual door locks. The house is well-situated, especially for those working at Treliske hospital, and is close to all major transport links. On street parking is free and easily available. The house is superbly located in Treliske; a peaceful and attractive residential area to the North-West of Truro that is home to the county’s main hospital. The house is near to all main transport links for the locality, county and for further beyond and is situated near an impressive array of amenities. In the immediate vicinity is a local convenience store, Sainsburys, a trade park with several large chains including costa and Macdonalds, a leisure centre, a tennis club and golf club. What’s more, if you walk West for 2 minutes you are straight into the peace of the Cornish countryside. Truro city offers a renowned range of highly-rated independent restaurants, shops and bars, plus all the usual high street favourites. You can’t fail to be impressed by the stunning cathedral, or to enjoy the quirky Lemon St market. Slightly further afield is the beautiful village of Malpas, with The Heron (a local’s favourite pub) and exquisite walks along the river. If it’s the coast you are craving, you’re in luck! A 15 minute drive north will take you to a truly stunning trio of beaches: Perranporth, which has the UK’s only pub on a beach, Porthtowan with its expanse of deserted golden sand, and Trevaunance Cove on the shores of St Agnes, a quirky Cornish town where you will find surf schools, cafes, pubs selling local ales, and boutique after boutique stocked with local jewellery, art, baked goods and culinary delicacies.
