The house is in the middle of village. its a safe and peaceful village, house location is private area, local shops, food shops is just 3 minutes walk.
The house is about about 600 meters to Bangtao beach, Walking about 5 minutes to reach the beach or 3 minutes by car or motorbike.

For comfortable transfer from house to around area or beach, there have bicycles and motorbikes for rent.

(Mar,Apr,May,Jun,Jul,Aug,Sep,Oct).
Bicycle is 100 per day and 3000 Baht per month.
Motorbike 200 Baht per day and 3500 per month
Car (Nissan March, Almera, Honda Jazz) 18000 per month.

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb may adjusted for high season rate contact owner for discuss.

Deposit 5000 Baht per 1 month up staying, pay on arrival (From 1-14 days 2000 Baht, 15-29 days 3000 Baht). Will be refunded on check out day after house checked and electricity cost can be deducted from the deposit.

WIFI, cable TV and water. monthly charge 1000 Baht excluded, pay on arrival. (1-3 days free of charge, 1 week 300 Baht, 2 weeks 500 Baht, 3 weeks 700 Baht).

Electric 7 Baht per unit. (Pay 1 day before check out).

Cleaning charge is included. (For cleaning before check in and after check out, not during stay).
