Welcome to Homestay Maisarah. We provide you with a comfortable homestay with fully airconditioned in each room. Across the street is an open parking and Musolla. Friendly neighbors. Within walking distance to nearby restaurants like Pizza Hut, Ayamas, Kaliph Kebab and Mamak Asri. Nearby 99 Speedmart, IT center, self service laundry, 7Eleven and in front of Multimedia University, Jebat badminton hall, and more restaurants. A heaven of foods. It is a village in a city.

The green view across the street is good for idea generation. It is a nice view especially in the morning. The whole house equipped with airconds (all rooms and living room) and fast fans so that tenants will always feel comfortable as Malaysia is a hot country. We are 15 minutes drive from Melaka Bandar Hilir City Center (A Famosa, Stadthuys, Klebang Beach etc) and 5 minutes drive from Ayer Keroh city (government center). As Melaka is heaven of foods, we 5 minutes from Mango Float Royale and 10 minutes from Batu Berendam Coconut Shake, Pak Ali Roti Selimut, Roti Canai Kayu Arang and Pak Man Asam Pedas. 10 minutes from Melaka Airport and 15 minutes from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). Bear Hill which is famous for hill trekking is just nearby. Jog and brisk walk in the morning within the area is nice. Afterwards just spend some time in Rosmerah Mamak restaurant to have your breakfast. This area is totally safe as many foreign Multimedia University (MMU) students (Masters and PhD) stayed in the area with friends or family and always walking out to find foods etc. Malaysia is a moderate Muslim country and it is safe for tourists.

It is a popular living place among foreign students as it is in front of multimedia university. It is 100% safe but make sure you lock your doors before going out for sightseeing, tour etc. Neighbours are friendly and you may ask anything regarding the area taking into account if they can speak English.

Public bus stop is just around Multimedia University gate. Public cab can also found along the main road around Bukit Beruang town. Grab car can be easily found around the area just use Grab app.
