- 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed each)
- 1 bedroom (1 single bed)
- 1 toilet
Total 5 bedrooms, and 2 washrooms in the house.

***HOUSE RULES***
1. ) Check out time: before 11am
You may extend your check out time by hourly charge of RM46/hour. And more than 3 hours will be the rate of a double whole night charge. (Payment through agoda, for late check out charges)

2. ) Check in time: after 3pm
You may request for earlier check in by hourly charge of RM46/hour. The earliest available check in time is 12pm. (Payment through agoda, for early check in charges)

3. ) Keep the house clean
If there is extra cleaning needed for unacceptable messy condition, eg. food and rubbish everywhere after an event, we will charge extra RM150. Photo will be taken and submit to agoda. (Payment through agoda, for extra service)

4.) Do not break home furnitures/ structures
If found out home furnitures/ structures has been destroyed or broken, guests will be charged accordingly to the maintenance fee, or the price of the items to be replaced with the prove of the receipt. (Payment through agoda, for damaged item/missing item)

**Further action will be taken from agoda management team if fail to pay.
