Aanandam Villa is run by a team of professionals who have travelled worldwide and understand the desires and need for good accommodation by corporates, families, and individual travelers. Aanandam Villa has been designed keeping in view such needs where maximum comfort of open space, feel at home, daily physical routine beside the basic requirement of clean, big fully furnished rooms and good food are met.

Aanandam Villa is centrally located on Noida expressway which is the hub to large corporate, institution, hospital, and malls ideal place for traveler accommodation.

At 'Aanandam Villa' you will be hosted as guests by me. The guest room is spacious (250 sq.ft), airy and sunny comes with king bed, en suite bathroom(100 Sq. ft), a private balcony/ open terrace/ garden view. The room is tastefully decorated.

We have 13 rooms all with king size bed and one can book entire house or can book minimum 1 room.

The property has 12,000 sq. ft. built up area with basement, and 3 floor. Each floor only have 4 rooms with large fully furnished common area for comfortable stay.

We have 24*7 reception desk

We have 2600 sq.ft. basement which can be used for parties, conferences, workshops, and trainings.

On 3rd floor we have big common area connected to open terrace excellent view of park and ideal place for small party. One can book 3rd floor which has 3 room and can have big common area n open terrace for their exclusive use during their stay.

Ideal place for marriage gathering, parties and individual looking for long stay accommodation.

For those who are here for medical tourism hospital such as Jaypee, Apollo, Fortis are at 15-20 mins drive.

For those who love shopping their is DLF Mall of India and Noida best Atta Market at just 10 mins drive, it has over 100 plus restaurants and multiplex cinemas.

If you are here as a tourist, Connaught Place, markets of South Delhi, major attractions like akshardham, Lotus temple, Birla Mandir, Red Fort etc. are 30-40 mins drive.

Transport: App based cabs, taxi stand are just a minutes away and very cheap and economical.
