All rooms have Airconditioners. 24 hours water supply and also with full power back up. This Gated Society is very safe and secured with guards.

The apartment is built on an area of 2150 Square feets and is located in a society which is very clean with sophisticated crowd. The view is spectacular and the location is top Notch. The society has walking track, badminton court, basket ball court, skating court, Tennis court, etc.

There’s eateries , grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, beauty salon, clinic , bakery, etc. all on a walking distance.
There are alot of restaurants , shopping mall , hospital nearby too.

We have two fixed parking space available and if you will have cars beyond two then the remaining cars will have to be parked outside the society.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove , utensils, microwave, Air Fryer, Grill, Fridge, etc.

The house will get cleaned daily(only if you want to).

There is washing machine which can also be used.

Pool Timings-

Morning : 6 am to 11 am Tuesday to Friday
Morning : 6 am to 12 Noon Saturdays and Sundays
Evening:. 5 pm to 10:30 pm Tuesday to Sunday, from 8.30pm to 10.30pm

Swimming costume is mandatory to use the pool.

We provide homemade special Breakfast (Rs. 200 PP), Lunch (Rs. 300 PP) & Dinner(Rs. 300 PP).

Parties are allowed but you cannot play loud music. The music should not be audible outside the apartment.
Any kind of damage will be beared by the guests.

We will provide extra floor beddings for the extra guests.

Ola / Ubers are easily available and will come just below the building for pickup.
