A Penthouse Unit at Sea Breeze Verandas Condominium with relaxing ambiance that is perfect for friends and family vacation.

This has 2 bedrooms and wide balcony that offers complete, panoramic sea view with capacity of 10 pax occupancy.

Note: The Condo Unit has beautiful Sea views, but it is not Beach Front. It is a 5 min ride in your car or the Anvaya Shuttle to The Full-Service Beach Club.

Equipped with kitchen and dining wares for basic cooking and food preparation.

Check-in time at the unit is 3PM but guests can already access the Club’s premises as early as 8AM and enjoy the facilities while waiting for the check-in time. Check-out time is 11AM the next day.

The host will collect a security deposit of Php2,000 via GCash upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out after a quick inspection of the unit.

(Take note that swimming pool at the condos are closed for maintenance every Tuesday.

• Strictly no pets allowed.

• Parking slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Smoking is not allowed in common areas, only at the designated smoking area located near surface parking of Building A.

• Events and party noise are highly discouraged.

• Hanging of clothes on balcony railings is also not allowed.

• Gas-powered stove is strictly prohibited. The kitchen of the unit is equipped with an electric hot plate for cooking. Food preparation, including grilling on the balcony, is also not allowed.

• No free breakfasts included. However, bringing food and cooking are allowed as the kitchen is equipped with basic cookware & kitchen utensils. Always open the range hood (exhaust) when cooking to avoid activating the building's fire alarm safety system.

• Drinking water, as well as toiletries, are provided for the guests in the unit.

• Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club shall pay additional fees as follows:

* Php 1,000/head per day - for the first 10 persons
* Php 2,000/head per day - for 11th person and above

During Super Peak Periods (All saints, Holy Week, Christmas & New Year):
* Php 1,000/head per day - for the first 5 persons
* Php 2,000/head per day - for 6th person and above

Guest fees will cover the following:
* 1 x Free Pool Towel rental for each guest
* Private Beach Access

* 3 Beautiful Beachside Pools

All persons older than 12 months are chargeable at the club -
There are excellent facilities for infants.
