Calangute city is 1.5kmaway. The Calangute beach is 2.2kms away. there's a general store within 100 meters from your room. It is a quiet neighborhood with residential complexes and resorts close by.

we're in Calangute the heart of Goa. yet the apartment is located away from the city hustle. We do not allow bachelors, parties, Loud music. The home has staffing for housekeeping and other assistance till 6pm. After that the security guard will assist the guests for any emergency requirements only.

The building complex comprises of 2 blocks. Banyan 1 and Banyan 2.
Banyan 1 is the main block with a swimming pool and gym.

All the facilities and services are the same for both the building guests.

★Temperature checks upon arrival & sanitizers to be used.
★ Masks not mandatory.
★Guests to fill in personal detail at the register with the security guard.
★ The guard might ask for a Vaccination certificate or a Negative Rt-Pcr report if required.
★ Original ids are to be provided for verification.
★ Guard can deny entry to unauthorized persons
★ All damages and breakages during the stay will be charged to the guest.
★ a security deposit of 2000 will be collected.
★ Cleaning of the apartment will be done every alternate day.
★ Linen change every 4th day of the stay.
★ Cleaning fee of rupees 500 will be charged if any dirty utensils left behind while checking out and during your stay.
★ Security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of the check out.
★ Do no move the furniture without the hosts permission.
★ Pool rules and timings to be adhered to.
