Brand new fully furnish and well design three bedroom unit, comfortably fit up to 6 persons. Equipped with one sofa in living room. Located at high level (quiet ambiance), fully equipped with air conditioning in every bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen for light cooking.

[KITCHEN UTENSILS]
The gas supply of this R&F unit has not furnished yet, therefore gas stove in the picture is unavailable to use. However, we do provide [one ELECTRIC COOKER only] for guest use during your stay with us.

We do provide basic kitchen utensils for guest uses, such as saucepan, frying pan, spatula, chopping board, cooking knife, peeler, spatula, household scissors, dining sets, cutleries. Refrigerator, kettle and Panasonic drinking water filter are provided too. :)

Note that only light-cooking is allowed in this listing. It's for the convenience for our cleaners to do housekeeping. Hope you could understand it and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Only one (1) access card (for both parking and lift entrance) is placed in an access card collection point for your convenience access to the house during your stay.
**Kindly return both access cards to the exact spot when you check-out (if fail to return, penalty of RM200 for each item will be charged.)**
