Queen size bed in master bedroom and second bedroom with comfy linen, essentials and hairdryer, wardrobe and ironing facilities are furnished in the bedroom

The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable for guests to sit at while enjoy talks time. Plus, we provide comfy blanket for the fifth guest to have a good sleep on the sofa bed if required.

** Baby cot can be provided upon request at additional charge of RM35 each per night.

Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toilet roll & bath towels) will be provided for up to 4 guests.
**Any excess to the 4 pax limit shall be charged for extra floor mattress and essentials at RM35 per night.**
^Toothbrush & toothpaste can be easily bought at grocery store at Mall of Medini.^

The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils and refrigerator.

Washing Machine with only washer function is provided complimentary for guest use. ^While washing detergent can be easily bought at grocery store at Mall of Medini.^

This is a self check-in property. Hassle free check-in with clear instructions given.

Only 1 lift access card and 1 door entrance key set are placed in the mailbox for your convenience access to the house during your stay.
**Kindly return both access card and key to the exact spot when you check-out (if fail to return, penalty of RM100 for each item will be charged.)**
