🌾 The 3-seaters sofa in the living room is comfortable for guests to sit at while enjoy talks time. Plus, we provide comfy blanket for the fifth guest to have a good sleep on the sofa if required.

🌾Baby cot can be provided upon request at additional charge of RM35 each per night.

🌾 Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toilet roll & bath towels) will be provided for up to 4 guests.
**Any excess to the 4 pax limit shall be charged for extra floor mattress and essentials at RM35 per night.**

🌾 The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils and refrigerator.

Only 1 lift access card and 1 door entrance key set are placed in the mailbox for your convenience access to the house during your stay.
**Kindly return both access card and key to the exact spot when you check-out (if fail to return, penalty of RM100 for each item will be charged.)**
