- Self check-in guide in PDF format and a password (will be given few days before check in) will be sending to you after reservation confirmed.
- Standard check in time available is 3pm. Early check in depending on the availability, you may check with us on that 2 days before your arrival.
- Check out time can be extended upon request without charges until 3pm depending on the availability.

- 2 pairs of keys and access cards will be provided (to be return upon check out, lost of keys or card, RM 100 will be charge as penalty fee).
