About the Apartment:
This 33-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential building with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV and more. There is a breakfast bar with stools for dining in. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.
The bedroom is street-facing and comes furnished with a queen size bed, a quality mattress and plenty of storage space. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.
Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 60€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*Regarding late check-ins, in the instance that you will not perform a self checkin (by collecting the keys at a nearby shop), and you arrive between 19:00 and 21:00 there will be a EUR30 late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 21:00 and 23:00, the fee is EUR50. Between 23:00 and 1:00, the fee is EUR80. After 1:00AM the fee is EUR100.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, Parisian bistros, wine bars and cafes, as well as many boutiques and shops. You are steps from the entrance to one of the most famous art museums in the world, the Louvre. The Palais Royal with its stunning striped columns and poetic benches is just moments from your front door, as well as the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and Musee de l’Orangerie. There is also the chic Rue Saint Honoré shopping street, full of high-end shops and boutiques. The bustling market street of Rue Montorgueil is 5 minutes from your front door and offers a huge range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stands and more! A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
