About the Apartment:
This 78-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one en-suite shower room with a combination bathtub/shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each arrival.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 50€

- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

About the Paris 2nd Arrondissement Location:
The charming Montorgueil district is the ideal location for those looking to immerse themselves in the city’s atmosphere. The famous market street of Rue Montorgueil is steps from your front door, and offers a wide range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stalls and more! Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance to the flat. The beautiful Palais Royal and its secret gardens are also close by. With its close proximity to the Metro station Bourse, Châtelet-Les Halles or Etienne Marcel (Lines 3, 4 & RER A/B/D), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Les Halles Station is a 5 minutes’ walk as well, giving you a quick link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
