About the Apartment:
This 52-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 60€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT Allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*Regarding late check-ins, in the instance that you will not perform a self checkin (by collecting the keys at a nearby shop), and you arrive between 19:00 and 21:00 there will be a EUR30 late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 21:00 and 23:00, the fee is EUR50. Between 23:00 and 1:00, the fee is EUR80. After 1:00AM the fee is EUR100.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

About the Paris 18th Arrondissement Location:
The picturesque Montmartre neighborhood is one of Paris's most famous districts. From trendy cafés and coffee shops to atmospheric restaurants, you will not be short for ideas of places to eat and drink when you stay here. The neighbourhood is also home to many antique shops, vintage clothing stores, epicieries, booksellers, fishmongers, fruit stands and more. This area is a paradise for shoppers and gourmands alike. The ‘Butte’ Montmartre is situated on Paris’s highest hill. This neighbourhood is by far the most romantic area of Paris and allows for glimpses into the times of the Belle Epoque with its cobblestoned streets and village feel. Head just north of the apartment and you will find the beautiful Sacre Cœur Basilica, whose white domes you can see peeking out from the apartment balcony. Climb up to the top of the hill to explore this 19th Century monument then wander over to the Place du Tertre where you are sure to find many artists hard at work and musicians playing a song or two. The steps of the Basilica offer some breath-taking views of all of Paris and are a great place to watch the night set in on the City of Light. With its close proximity to the Metro station
Abbesses (Line 12), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe and more!

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

Please note that renovation works will be taking place in the building next door from September 2022-March 2023. Scaffolding will be set up on the exterior and minor disturbances may occur during normal working hours. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
