About the Apartment:
This 83-sqm duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building without an elevator. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located on the second level of the duplex. It is furnished with a sofa and chairs, flat screen TV with local channels, a dining table and chairs and more. Due to the unique nature of the layout of the flat and the stairs, the apartment is not handicap accessible. Those staying with young children should practice caution around the stairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

Both bedrooms are street-facing and come furnished with queen size beds and quality mattresses. All linens and bedding are provided and you'll find the beds neatly made on arrival. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The Master bedroom features an en-suite bathtub and sink. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and sink. There is one toilet located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 155€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

About the Paris 5th Arrondissement Location:
The Latin Quarter of Paris has a prime location close to everything. This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more. Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin du Luxembourg is only a few minutes away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The nearest metro station, Jussieu (Line 7), makes it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!
