The homestay near to all amenities (train stations, shopping malls, mosques, convenient shops, night markets and parks. It is just 5 - 6 km to Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC), Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Bukit Bintang and Chow Kit. Tropica forest is 3 - 4 km to the east. There are several recreation parks, camping areas, picnic spots and hiking trails in the forest.

The unit is intermediate terrace house with family neighbourhood. Guests are expected to behave and observe local culture of majority Muslim in the area. The unit is renovated house mixed between old and modern design. It provides some uniqueness as the owner do the best to satisfy and provides comfort to the guest. Some house hold items may not available since it is a new homestay. There are many shops and malls around the area for guest to buy all necessary items.
