About the Apartment:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building without a lift. There is a private terrace for your enjoyment (smoking is not allowed). There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with queen size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom, second full accessible from hall and 1 WC accessible from hall. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each arrival.

Important Information and Policies
- Cancellation. Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM (see below).
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 130£
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival
- Smoking. The property is strictly non-smoking.
- Pets. Unfortunately, furry friends are not allowed in our home.
- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Confirmation, Arrival and In-Stay Support: Upon confirmation of your stay, you will be provided with all the necessary details regarding arrival, move-in and departure procedures. We offer a personal meet-and-greet and key collection. We’ll remain at your service during the entire rental period with around-the-clock resident support so you can submit maintenance requests, schedule supplemental cleanings and linen changes (for an additional fee), extend your stay and more. Cleanliness and tenant safety are always our top priorities. The professional housekeeping staff cleans and sanitizes every property between each reservation. They follow a rigorous checklist and clean and disinfect all high touch areas and hard surfaces using products approved by public health authorities. Additional weekly cleanings and linen and towel changes can be arranged at an additional cost. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 40£ for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for 40£. Both can be provide for 60£. Please confirm after your reservation is confirmed

Remember a fully-refundable 1000£ damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.
