Completely renovated and equipped, this duplex T3 is located on the 3rd and last floor of a luxury residence, with lift.

The city center is quickly accessible by metro, 10 min. The train station is only 5 stops away.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room which opens onto a 9m2 balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort and has a small side table for your breakfasts.

We offer you a selection of tea and some Nespresso coffee capsules. You will enjoy all the equipment to allow you to cook: microwave, oven, induction hob, kitchen utensils.

To store your groceries, you have a large fridge-freezer and many storage cupboards.

And to simplify your daily life, you can also use the dishwasher. We put tablets at your disposal.

In the living room, we have chosen a large table that can accommodate up to 6 people. Whether it's to share your meals, convivial moments with the family (we've put a deck of cards and a Dobble in the library behind the table!), Or why not sit down with your laptop to work.

The living area has a sofa bed with a comfortable 18cm mattress, two armchairs, a coffee table and a large HD TV with IPTV session (more than 3,500 channels, videos and series).

You can also sit quietly on our balcony, to enjoy the first rays of the sun or a beautiful summer evening.

Upstairs, you arrive on a landing which gives access to the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. The landing has a large closet.

A large bedroom with a Queen Size bed 160 x 200, and two induction chargers to charge your smartphones. No need for a cable to connect your mobile to an electrical outlet! Compatible for a large majority of Iphone / Android smartphones.

A bedroom with a 90 x 190 bunk bed and a desk to be able to work or invite the children to do their vacation homework!

A bathroom with a large bathtub and a large vanity unit to store your toiletries. You will also find an iron and an ironing board.

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided.

A private parking space is reserved for your stay, in the secure underground car park of the residence.

You access the apartment in complete autonomy.
Entry into the building is by digital code.
The apartment has a smart lock.

A baby chair and a child chair are provided if necessary in the apartment.

You have everything you need to clean during your stay or in case of a little trouble: vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, floor product, cleaning wipes.

The underground car park is accessible via a small adjacent street. We will give you all the information before your arrival by message.

Before your departure, we ask you to do your dishes, put them away and tie the garbage bags, please.

Remember to ventilate from time to time when you are in the apartment. But don't leave the windows open when you're out for a walk. The weather can be temperamental!
