Our 38sqm Studio type Service apartment is perfect for 2 Pax allowable to stay 3pax.

GUESTS/PAX allowed and INCLUSIVE:

3 guest was allowed to stay without a fee. Only if they requested set of bed and amenities.

Additional guest/pax are welcome up to 5 persons maximum but with an additional charge of
[500 each with a set of single bed & amenities] OVERNIGHT;
[350 each for Pax/guest only. No bed & amenities] OVERNIGHT.

Visitors are also welcome:
-Visiting hours stay from 3:00-8:00 pm (5hrs) is P100 but you need to surrender the visitor I.D at our office.

-After 8:00pm-10:00pm of staying - (1-2hrs exceed will be charge P250).

-SOMEHOW visitors will stay longer after 10 pm they automatically CHARGE P500per pax for exceeding guests and are considered as an OVERNIGHT STAY.

-SURPRISE VISITORS; Sneaking guest/s visitors or not declaring guest/s visitors will have resulted in forfeiture of security deposit. (Unexpected visitors are alright, but you need to inform us about their arrival, to endorse them)

Bed Set-up:
1 Bedroom is King Size Bed- ( two single bed pinagtabi or combine, join, merge) Turn into one, size became King.

Extra beds Fee:
Single 350 with 1 Pillow and 1 Blanket
Double 450 with 2 Pillow and 1 Blanket
Queen 550 with 2 Pillows and 2 Blanket

SWIMMING POOL:
The pool Schedule was still under IATF protocol guidelines. RESERVATION OF POOL IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS: The swimming time is limited to one and a half (1&½) hours per unit together with other Units) Maximum of 10 pax including children. Except for TUESDAY for Cleaning and Maintenance.
( We will try to reserve 2 slots straight to enjoy longer hours but not guarantee) 1-time payment only.

-Please bring your changing CLOTHES / TOWELS when using the swimming pool. There is a penalty if using the elevator with wet clothes or being complained about by other guests. (TO AVOID SLIPPERY FLOOR)

-SECURITY DEPOSIT- required and to be collected upon arrival for Php.2,000.00 Studio and 1 BR, 3,000 for 2br units. For more than 4-6nights automatic Php.5,000 for Security Deposit

-We have ready Complimentary Water

-Grocery Store is located on the ground floor and 7-Eleven is just across the street.

-QUITE HOURS 10 PM- 7 AM strictly NO LOUD NOISE during this time.
(*If neighbor/s or someone complained, 1st warning by the guard on duty then 2nd time if not followed or Stopped, the Security Deposit shall be Forfeited)

-DOORS AND WINDOWS (BALCONY & MAIN DOOR) must be close at all times.

-Please NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit (*If Smoke Detector alarmed and Smelled Cigarette, we shall impose strict PENALTY of 1,000 Pesos)

-Designated SMOKING AREA; Use the balcony and please close the door to avoid the smoke going inside the unit. OR Roof Deck. Please don't throw your cigarette butts in the balcony(violation php500)

-STAINS/DAMAGE; any damage or stains on the Beddings, Carpets, Mirrors, or Walls are chargeable/replaced. (Please let us know if these happens)

-STAPLING OR STICKING on the walls are allowed but please use proper tapes. Strictly No DOUBLE-SIDED Tape’ (charges applied if the damage occurred) STICK IT? PEEL IT to avoid additional charges.


-We also accept Long Term Stay like; Monthly or Yearly.
