The Space

• The apartment has a distribution of 75 m2, is located on the 18th floor of Bellevue Tower 2 in Downtown Dubai, and has capacity for 2 to 3 people.
• Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned. Fully upgraded inside, with a stylish interior filled with color contrast!
• The living room is spacious and has all components for a comfortable stay. It comes with a beige sofa bed, two matching chairs, with a coffee table and rug of similar shades. The room also includes a smart TV, as well as plants, decorations, and a full navy-blue colored wall.
• The open space living room also includes a unique dining area, with an oval-shaped white table and four wooden chairs.
• The living room is naturally well-lit, thanks to wall-to-wall glass windows letting in natural rays of the sun, and overlooking the tallest building in the world.
• The place has a cheerful vibe, thanks to the colors chosen for the interior, as well as the carefully selected decorations and furniture.

Bellevue Towers is a beautiful project by Dubai Properties, it consists of two residential towers, the east and west buildings, including a total of 300 units across the 23 floors. Both towers feature a glass-panelled façade overlooking the world-tallest Burj Khalifa.
