It is a cozy, modern studio which is situated at the high floor. The top-to-floor glass walls show an unobstructed view of Laguna Lake and the towns of Taguig and Pateros. It also has a view of the McKinley Hill CBD.

Also, the amenities make one's stay very comfortable. There is a swimming pool and fitness gym and playground. However, their availability is dependent on the current covid-safety rules (which keep changing due to the changing covid status in Metro Manila). The receptionist will advise upon check-in. McKinley Hill is a quaint township that has a commercial and business district which houses many of the world's multinational companies. It is very near the international and domestic airports, offices in McKinley, 3 major golf courses. It is a few steps away from the Venice Piazza, a mall with cinemas, British and Korean embassies, grocery, and shops.

The best way to go around the busy city is by taking Grab since parking could be a problem anywhere in the metro. However, should you have a car, there is an open parking lot beside the building. There are tons of motorcycle ride-hailing services too! If you are going around BGC, there is a new scooter rental service called Moover. You can use this using an app, and leave it in a docking station near your destination. But the best way to go around McKinley Hill area is by walking. It is a quaint area and quite safe at any time of day and night because of many 24/7 offices operating everywhere around it.
