Being in the old quarter and surrounded with food alleys and historical places, you can easily experience Hanoi in the most local way.

As located in the heart the old quarter, you can visit all the exciting parts of Ha Noi just by walking. You can also rent a motorbike to experience the transportation style of Hanoi-an.
Grab (a similar phone app as Uber) is available in Hanoi. It is recommended to book your transportation via this app to prevent any transportation scam during your time in Hanoi.

AIRPORT PICK UP: I offer airport pick up and drop off service with the fee of 18 USD for a 4 seats car and 20USD for a 7 seats car. A driver with a board name will be waiting for you at the terminal gate of the airport then drive you directly to the apartment. You will never get lost with this option.

TOUR SERVICES: As I'm working for a travel agent, I could you offer very reasonable tours to many famous places in Viet Nam such as:
Sapa (90 USD/pax - 2 days 1 night),
Ha Long Bay (45 USD/pax - 1 day; 115 USD/pax - 2 days 1 night),
Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, Ninh Binh (43 USD/pax - 1 day).

LAUNDRY: I offer pick up laundry service with the price of 1.5 USD (30.000 VND)/kilogram. The service provider will come to pick up your clothes then return within 24 hours.

NOISE: Hanoi is a busy city and noise is a thing that can not be avoided. Somehow it is a part of the package when you stay in the downtown. However I can promise that you still have a leisure night in my place so do not worry very much.

STAIRS: My Casa does not have lift. You will have to climb to the fourth floor, so please fully aware if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but balcony area is where you can ease your addiction.
