In line of COVID-19 situation, Acqua Private Residences accepts minimum of 1 month stay. Policies and requirements will be implemented.

REQUIREMENTS
A.) FOR LOCAL TENANTS
1) 1 set of original, signed and notarized Contract of Lease - We shall be providing this with tenant's signature.
2) Copy of 1 valid government -issued ID;
3) Dully filled-out Authority to Move-in form and Notarized Tenant Registration form
4) Comply to ONE of the following:
a. Vaccination Card
b. Medical Clearance, Negative Antigen (taken within 24 to 48 hours) or RT-PCR test (taken 7 days prior to move in) or
c. 14 days Quarantine

B.) FOR FOREIGN LESSEES/TENANTS
1) 1 set of original, signed and notarized Contract of Lease - We shall be providing this with tenant's signature.
2) Copy of Passport with Visa as maybe necessary (if from non-ASEAN member countries);
3) Any ONE (1) of the following if employed in the Philippines:
a) Alien Employment Permit (AEP);
C)Work Permit for (SWP)for short term employment;
b) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR);
4) Comply to ONE of the following:
a. Vaccination Card
b. Medical Clearance, Negative Antigen (taken within 24 to 48 hours) or RT-PCR test (taken 7 days prior to move in) or
c. 14 days Quarantine

FOLLOWING SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
a.) Social Distancing.
b.) Mandatory temperature check and hand sanitizers upon entry to the building.
3.) Wearing of face mask.

HOUSE RULES:
1. This is a non-smoking unit.You can use the balcony.
2. Events or any gathering is not allowed.
3. Minimal cooking is allowed and turn on the exhaust fan.
4. Switch off the lights, TV, and AC when not in use. Save energy.
5. Hanging or anything in the balcony is strictly prohibited.
6. Don't put anything outside the door.
