It is easiest to get here by renting a motorbike in town or take a tuk tuk from either the city center or bus station. How to get here: from Thahkek Bus Station head east on road 12 towards Mahaxay. About 4 kilometers outside of Thahkek you take a right to Ban Tan, just before the Elephant Cave sign.
