A 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and a dedicated BBQ Gazebo. Located within a Villa Compound of 1 Acre Shared with 3 Other Villas. The Chemperoh River is located just outside the Villa Compound where guests will have access to hammocks and bean bags. The villa is equipped with facilities such as Outboor ping pong, a beach volleyball court, soft archery, badminton etc. Hiking is recommended in the area as does ATV rides. Temperature ranges between 22 at night and 29 during the day.

Fathin is the villa manager and will be assisted by Tut and Yana. They will be present between 9am-5pm. During off-hours hours, Zul will be present on site in the staff quarters to take care of emergencies.
The river is in a public area although it is only frequented by other villa guests and locals
