Heartily..... Welcome to our " Nandhu pg services " Rules and regulations: . If anybody wants to vacate the PG, They should inform 20 days before. .Rent should be paid on or before the 5th of every calendar month. . Once paid the rent & advance(3000)cannot be returned or transferred. . Outside people are not allowed without permission. .Guest Accommodation with food Rs.500/- per day. .Maintenance charges Rs. 1000/- (While vacating PG). .Management is not responsible for your belongings like gold, credit card/debit card, mobiles, laptops, and cash, etc. .Please make sure that all the lights, fans & geysers are switched off before you leave the room. .Smoking and Liquor are not allowed inside the PG.
