Brand new fully furnished cozy homestay located at center of Ringlet. Away from crowded tourist areas. It is about 5-minute walk to nearest restaurant, convenience store, bank and market. This place is good for families with kids and friends who wish to spend quality time together. This homestay come with own balcony with a view of town and you will enjoy cold mist and low hanging clouds as breezy weather embraces your day.
3 bedrooms apartment with 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen appliances like cutlery, plates, cups, fridge, steamboat pot, induction cooker and electric kettle are available to use. A set of complimentary tea, coffee and bottle drinking water for the guest.
We offer free private parking and free WiFi. For safety and sanitisation reasons we also provide antibacterial hand sanitizer and fire extinguisher at the public area within the building.
Located at the edge of residential area, within 5-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, convenient stores, bank, clinic, post office, market and local hawker food, petrol station. Every Tuesday there is a night market. There are many interest points nearby such as tea plantation, grape farm, vegetable farm and bee farm within 15-minute drive. It is 25 minutes driving away from the Tanah Rata, and also about 40 minutes driving away from the interest point Sea of Clouds.
There are public bus, taxi to tourist point.
- Wifi connectivity is very much dependable on the reception, weather, service provider and data availability.
- Depending on the season and weather condition, local fauna such as insect and birds might intrude on the place which is unavoidable since we are located close to nature. They are mostly harmless, just keep windows and glass doors close when not in use, and your food secured.
- There might be noises from surrounding.
- We do have utensils for simple light cooking, do note that heavy cooking is not allowed.
- No elevator in the apartment.
- All bathrooms come with shower towels, shampoo, shower gel and toilet papers. Please bring your toothbrush, toothpaste and personal toiletries.
- Our check in and check out time is fixed. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. Please communicate with host in advance.
