1.) Is medical certificate, swab test or vaccine card required for staycation?
Ans: Yes we require any of the above mentioned.

2.) Is there something else that I need to know before booking the place?
Yes, please read our amenities, inclusions and house rules before booking the place, so you will be guided accordingly on what to expect on our listing. We want to set your expectations.

3.) Are there any requirements before checking in?
Ans: Yes, you need to submit a photocopy of your ID upon entry. Then, you need to fill out the health declaration form.

4.) Can I can cancel my booked reservation?
Ans: No. since we have a strict cancellation policy. But we allow guest to reschedule their reservation on a later date.

5.) Is self-check in option available?
Ans: Yes, it is available to someone who wants to check in late than the usual. Please advise host in advance. Self-check in instruction will be sent to the app or your guidance. However, we would love to meet and assist you during the check in process if possible.

6.) Is the pool open?
Ans: Yes. Pool is now open for guests. Pool is open from 8am till 10pm except Mondays and Wednesdays. We only have 2pax FREE pool access in excess there is a pool fee of P100/pax but we can give discount for group (URL HIDDEN)

7.) Is there a cleaning fee?
Ans: Yes, there is a cleaning fee in order for us to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and to ensure the safety of our guests for each and every stay. However, whenever there is a promo cleaning fee is already included. And to ensure the safety of our guests for each and every stay.

8.) Do you give discount?
Ans: Yes, we are running a promo from time to time. Add us on your favorites so you can check us back for promos and discount.

9.) Do you have FREE parking for car or motorbike?
Ans: Ans: Yes, we have limited FREE open space parking ( first book, first reserve basis). PAID parking is also available in an open space P10/hr and basement P20/ hr flat rate P240/day. Please coordinate with the host before booking for availability.

10.) Can I smoke inside the unit?
Ans: No, we don't have a smoking area in the unit. We have a smoke sensor/detector inside the unit but there are some designated places where you can smoke. Any violators will be fine P2,000. Please coordinate with the host.

11.) Can I bring extra guests other than the booked guests?
Ans: No, we will only accommodate booked guests. Any guests caught sneaking another person will be heavily fined or kicked out from our place without refund. We also have strict no visitors' policy but you can coordinate with the host.

12.) Is the place shared with someone else?
Ans: No, the place is solely dedicated to our booked guests. Strictly no visitors allowed in the premise unless otherwise previously arranged with the host. We have cameras on the hallway for added security.

13.) Can I book using other payment options aside from credit or debit card?
Ans: No, agoda only accepts credit or debit card as a form of payment on the platform.

14.) Can I bring pets?
Ans: No, we don't allow pets on our listing.

15.) Can we have party on the place?
Ans: No, the place is suited for people who want to relax and spend quality time with love ones or bonding time with friends.

16.) Do I need to pay for any damage on property?
Ans: Yes, you need to declare that something has been damaged or broken as a way of showing respect to our property. We expect our guests to be professional and treat our place with outmost care.

17.) Is there a power interruption?
Ans: We don't expect any power interruption but any other concern that may arise beyond our control such as service interruption by the internet provider, water leakage, device is not working etc. Rest assured, we are here to assist you in any possible way to resolve the issue ASAP.

18.) Can we cook?
Ans: Yes definitely! We have fully equipped kitchen that you can use. Please clean as you go after cooking. You can also opt for food delivery for your convenience and pick it up at the lobby entrance.

19.) Can we check in late?
Ans: Yes, certainly you can. We offer self-check in option. Please coordinate with the host. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards.

20.) Can we check in earlier than we're supposed to?
Ans: Yes, that can be arranged on a case to case basis and we charge for it. Please coordinate with the host.

21.) Can we check out late?
Ans: Yes, that can be arranged on a case to case basis and we charge for it. Standard check out time is at 11am. Please coordinate with. the host.

22.) Is there a nearby shop/convenient store?
Ans: Yes, there is sari-sari store within the vicinity. However, the closest grocery store is a kilometer away SM BF Sucat or Shopwise Sucat.

23.) Can we have an event in the place?
Ans: Yes, it's a case-to-case basis. It depends on what kind of event and the preparation needed.

24.) Is the place near the airport?
Ans: Yes, via Skyway from NAIA1,2&3 will take you 20-25 minutes or less.

The neighborhood is really peaceful. You can walk at night without a fear of being robbed or mugged. The condo is next to the Diocese of Paranaque and adjacent to Solano hills.

Around the place are several manufacturing companies such as AAI logistics, Zuellig Pharma, HMR Auction, the Grocer etc. From the place you will manage to go on foot to Sucat intersection/footbridge less than 15 minutes.

If you're looking for a quiet and tranquil place then you come to the right place. A perfect place for couple to celebrate a special occasion and for friends to unwind.

***Coming from the North: From Makati, Ortigas, Pasay, Manila and other cities
-Take a bus south bound with signage Sucat Express, get off in Sucat exit just below the footbridge. Walked down the west service road towards northbound. Turn right to Villongco street then walk 50 meters you'll see the place Centropolis condominium.
***Coming from Las Pinas simply take Alabang-zapote jeepney get off in Northgate. In front of Aeon building take Sucat jeepney that will take you to the place. (this route is not available right now due to ongoing construction)

-If you wish to take a jeepney from Pasay be sure to take Sucat kanan the one which passes the west service road. Right after you pass the Sucat interchange/exit the jeepney just remind the driver to drop you off Solano Hills or Centropolis.

***Coming from the South from Laguna, Batangas, Bicol etc.
-Get off the bus in Starmall or South Station
-Get on the bus from Starmall going to Makati, Ortigas etc that passes through the Sucat exit. Get off in Sucat exit take the footbridge to cross the west service road. Walked down the west service road towards northbound. Turn right to Villongco street then walk 50 meters you'll see the place Centropolis condominium.
-If you wish to take the jeep, get on the jeepney in Starmall that has a signage Sucat. Get off in Sucat exit take the footbridge to cross the west service road. Walked down the west service road towards northbound. Turn right to Villongco street then walk 50 meters you'll see the place Centropolis condominium.

***IMPORTANT REMINDER***
In lieu of the Skyway ongoing project, west service road is a one-way entry southbound that passes to Northgate and South station. However, from the place it won't be an issue going to Sucat exit.

The place has paid parking, FREE street parking and FREE parking on the premise. Please coordinate with the host for more information (availability)

***IMPORTANT REMINDER***

Pool Access (Rules and guidelines for strict compliance) Pool is close every Mondays and Wednesdays. Guests unlimited pool access.

1.) Swimming attire is required. Men should wear swimming trunks or board shorts; female should wear swimsuit or swimwear. No cottons no jersey.
2.) There is no limit to number of guests allowed to use the pool at a given time
3.) Taking a shower before dipping in the pool is mandatory
4.) Bringing of food and drinks in the pool side is strictly prohibited
5.) Swimmers are not allowed to loiter on the hallway to avoid it being wet
6.) Observe social distancing.
7.) Observe minimum health standard like wearing of mask before and after using the pool
