Please be reminded that this is not a hotel, this is a residential condo. We will welcome you as our GUEST, condo/house rules shall be strictly followed. Check-in/Check-out, all concerns, thru your host only.

MAXIMUM FOR 2BR @AVIDA - 5 PAX (7yrs & up are included in the counting of total no. of pax), if you book more than 5 pax we will have to transfer the excess to a Studio unit, different Floor of same building.
Bathroom 1: Shower Heater, Bidet, shampoo,, hair conditioner, shower gel, 3 towels
Bathroom 2: Bidet, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, 3 towels
Bedroom: Royal Linen Duvet set, pillows and covers, hairdryer (available upon request)
Kitchen: full size REF, XIAOMI SMART AIR FRYER, ESPRESSO MACHINE (you can bring your own espresso ground coffee, but we also provide the coffee with a small fee, instant coffee sets are free), microwave, bread toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker
PARKING DETAILS:
a)Street parking P20/hr
b) inside Avida overnight SAFE parking @ P350/night (subject to availability, pre-booking required, VERY LIMITED parking SLOTS).

>no bringing of durian,marang, jackfruit, bagoong, lansones, rambutan, mangosteen.
This is a residential condominium and not a Hotel, all guests shall abide & conform with the AVIDA TOWERS DAVAO &/OR LEMONIQUE HOMES HOUSE RULES, which was provided ahead of time in our house rules. Corresponding penalties shall be imposed accordingly in case of violation and/or non-compliance with the said rules.
Below is A-MUST:
Send us your valid Government ID copy ahead of time through agoda messaging app. This is a requirement for swift check-in. Kindly bring a photocopy of your ID for submission and pls bring the original for verification. No ID no ENTRY, strict condo policy for everyone's safety.
Set aside ID for all adult guests in exchange for a Gate ID Pass. Present each time to the security upon entrance/exit.
IMPORTANT INFOS BELOW:

Check-out up to 10am only (pls respect post, 2BR needs more time to clean especially for back to back guests.
We can offer other units, if you have kids 12 years ang below, but for this unit, apologies it's not allowed.

Pool & kids playground is located in Level 1, opens from 6am to 930pm
(payment of pool use at AVIDA ADMIN office hours only from 8am to 5pm)
No guarantee on pool use, very limited access due to quarantine protocols. Only upon check-in, get a pool pass right away IF available, no advance reservations on pool use.
Unregistered guests/visitors cannot enter the premises, must be registered guests only.

We have personal units as well, but we won't be on the property, We have Rental Supervisors assigned in each Project.
