Santubong Suites is located in the midst of our wonderful rainforest, we must understand that mother nature comes with some bugs and insects. While we do spend extra effort to ensure the place is clean to the best of our ability, sometimes the bugs just win.

Please be reminded that this is not an hotel and there are no room service. We wont be around during your stay. There is NO room service, onsite service or cleaning service during your stay.
