Live the local life of Himachal in this newly built stylish 1BHK house equipped with all basic amenities such as refrigerator, (electric) gas-stove, geysers in both the toilet and kitchen, chimney, king-size bed, and 5-seater sofa set.

The highlight of the place is the spacious sunny balcony with an incredible view of the Himalayas. The deodar jungle is just 5 minute walking. The location is away from the hustle of the Manali town but still easily reachable (10 minute walking from road).

The property is a newly built house in the middle of the village Chichoga which is 10 minute driving from the Manali Town. The best way to reach the property is to take a 2/3/4 wheeler till the point where the Chichoga road ends. From there take the stairs up (25-30 stairs) and then take the left walk-way (or pagdandi). Total time to reach the property from the road will be roughly 10-15 minutes. If required, a pithu can be arranged from the Manali town who will drop your luggage at the property at a price of 150-200 rs (not included in the property price) for luggage of 2 people.

While walking along the walk-way and during your stay at the property you will experience the Himachali village life up close. Since the property is situated in a village, it is very important to respect the locals and their privacy as well as maintain the sanctity of the place. Do not play loud music or do late night parties. Do not indulge in shouting as it will disturb the locals that might result in unwarranted situations or actions by them.

The property is surrounded by apple, and pear trees. A thick Deodar jungle is just 5 minute walking from the property. Start your day with a walk to the apple farm and feel the fresh air.

There are some basic kirana shops near the house. For particular items it is advisable to go to the market in Aleo or Manali.

From the end of the road take the stairs up (25-30 stairs) and then take the left walk-way (or pagdandi). Total time to reach the property from the road will be roughly 10-15 minutes.

If the weather is good, I will personally suggest a 2 wheeler to explore Manali town and the neighbouring areas. You can skip the long (sometimes 4 to 5 km long) traffic jams if you are on a 2 wheeler. However, for longer routes, a four wheeler is advised with the drawback that you could get stuck in traffics for hours.

House rules:
1. No smoking inside the rooms/kitchen or toilets. Smoking is permitted only in the balcony.
2. No pets are allowed inside or outside the house.
3. No loud music or shouting or fighting allowed inside or outside the house.
4. Any damage incurred to the property (repairable or irreparable) will be recovered from the guests present during the period the damage happened.
5. Any theft of items from the property will be recovered from the guests present during the period when the theft happened.
6. Check-in or check-out timings different than what is mentioned on the advertisement must be communicated in advance to the host.
7. No parties or group gatherings.
