Our recently built Villa No.6 is totally private with its own walled garden, across the field from ARMA Museum and 3 minute's walk to Yoga Barn. We welcome long stay guests looking for an oasis of peace and calm in Central Ubud being 150 metres from the road, and guests are also welcome to share our beautiful Permaculture Garden space with Bale and hammock ! Reliable 25Mbps internet ! Best value place in central Ubud for couples or families with small children who want a private entire villa. This lovely little cottage is only 3 minutes walk from Yoga Barn and 5 minutes walk from Monkey Forest, right next to the beautiful award winning ARMA Museum and Art Gallery so is a great place to be if you don't want to rent a motorbike as you can walk everywhere in Central Ubud. Since upgrading our Internet last year we get a very reliable 25Mbps service and often hold conference calls with the US and Europe from home using Zoom and can watch youtube with no problems at all. There is a small kitchen with a 2 gas burner hob, fridge and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need to do your own cooking. Ubud Organic Market is held every Saturday morning outside Pizza Bagus which is near our place so you can get lots of healthy fresh food, and we are happy to share any produce from our own Permaculture garden. The whole cottage and surrounding permaculture gardens are yours to enjoy, and we are happy to share with you our organic vegetable harvests. The garden has a large Bale with hammock that makes an ideal Yoga Shala. You can stroll across the field to watch the regular evening performances on the ARMA Main Stage (50 metres away!), and then walk across the fields to Peliatan Traditional Market without having to go into town. Being right next to ARMA museum(the venue for the Ubud Jazz Festival in August) it is a short stroll across the field to ARMA's main stage where cultural dances are held nightly. The street has an amazing range of cuisine available from many local Warungs to Greek, Argentinian, Japanese, Tex-Mex, Malaysian Fusion, Thai, Korean, French and 3 Italian restaurants,.... which is why this end of town is sometimes called Little Italy. Although we do not have a pool (hence the low prices!) there are many 3 and 4 star hotels in the street who are happy to let you use their pool if you buy refreshments. Lots of Taxi Services and Ojeks (motorbike taxis) right at the end of the path, and Suci and Sudi will always able to find you a reliable driver to take you on those longer trips. Prefer to rent a motorbike for the evening or a few days ? No worries, there's a place 20 metres up on the right (they rent bicycles if you are feeling green). Limited parking available if required - please let us know in advance if you are bringing a car.
