This modern stylish villa has 5 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Very recently refurbished this residence is a superb example of imagination and flair in terms of design and interior decoration. Located only 5 minutes away from Cosy beach it is unbeatable in both luxury and convenience. It’s a perfect base for a big family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy all of Pattaya’s offerings.

Upon entering the three-storey villa you will be amazed by the modern artistic interiors and design in all the different rooms. In the large private swimming pool there are plenty of outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy the sunshine and read a book under the shaded palm trees.

In the villa there are 5 bedrooms and all rooms have air conditioning, wardrobe space, flat screen TVs and free WIFI. Four of the bedrooms come with king sized beds and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. Each of the en-suite bathrooms has a wash basin, toilet, walk-in shower and the master bathroom benefits with a bathtub.

The villa has ample amounts of space with two living rooms and two kitchens. The main living room is connected with the dining room featuring a large comfortable couch with a flat screen TV, coffee glass table and air conditioning. The second living room which is on the ground floor also has comfortable couch with flat screen TV, coffee glass table and air conditioning. Both of the living rooms have direct access to an outdoor terrace and the private swimming pool.

Two of the modern tiled kitchens are fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware/utensils you need to make a great home cooked meal. There is an island bar with chairs in the main kitchen where you can enjoy your breakfast. The dining area is located next to the main kitchen and has a 10-seat dining table, although you could also dine outdoor on the terrace.
