Our condo unit is located at Tower 1, 5th floor, unit J. Ideal for 5 guests but can accommodate up to 6 persons (with extra charge of Php 200/head)

-Masters bedroom: 1 queen bed (with extra foldable floor mattress), with closet and vanity mirror table and chair
-Second bedroom: 1 bunk bed with pull-out bed.
-All beds have bedsheets, blankets and pillows.
-Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, induction cooker, cooking utensils, full set of silverwares, water dispenser.
-Dining: 3 seater bar tables and chairs
-Living area:

-Toilet and Bathroom: with water heater, toiletries and body towels

Half-Olympic sized pool at Phase 1 and another pool at Phase 2, clubhouse, gardens, children’s playground are accessible to the guests.

Pools are open from 8:00am-9:00pm. Guests can access to the pool for a minimal charge of P80/pax for adults and Php 50/pax for kids. Payment will be collected by the condominium pool in-charge. For long-term guest (will be considered unit-registered), you can access the pool for FREE.

Parking: a quick/short hour parking will be available during the day (please request to the security for an available parking). If you intend to park overnight, Php 200/night will be charged per parking space. (Should request and advise the security).

Seawind Condominium is also a walking distance from the wet market and few minutes away from Gaisano Mall Azuela Cove, Damosa Gateway, SM lanang, Restaurants and Local banks.

*Check-in & Check-out instructions:
-Standard check-in is at 2pm onwards and check-out is no later than 12nn. Additional charge of Php 100/hr for early check-in and late check-out (Request is subject for unit availability.
-Valid ID of the guest is required upon booking for security purpose and biometric gate policy. Please make sure that the ID submitted reflects the same name upon check-in.

LOSS/DAMAGE:
The condo unit are equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Any loss of items or damage to property will be charged to the guest. Damages include but are not limited to breakage, tears, stains, odors, chipping, discoloration, and distortion. The penalty will be used to cover repair or replacement of items to prepare the unit for the next guest.
