This luxury Sanook Villa is 5km drive to Pattaya beach and Walking Street (main attraction). 4km drive to Jomtien beach with lots of Thai street foodstalls. Set in Pattaya East, it offers comfortable accommodation for families and friends.

The TV at the living hall is linked to the karaoke sound system. There is no subscription to any movie/satellite channels. You can bring your own TV box (plus own connecting cables) to be connected to the TV.

The gardener and swimming pool cleaner will come two (2) times a week during day time. Both of them will come according to their own work arrangements and will accommodate your presence at the villa.

Additional services (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO FREE DAILY CLEANING):-
- Free usage of towels (1 each for 1 pax per stay) will be provided. Additional cleaning lady service available: 2000 baht per cleaning per day (includes laundry fee for bed linens and towels). Therefore, please indicate the correct number of people.
-Additional fee of 700 baht per person per night would be charged for each additional person above the maximum 8 persons for this villa.

Cash deposit:-
- A security deposit of 10,000 baht is required upon arrival. Deposit will be returned during check out.

Monthly rental:-
In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests.
